Have you ever wondered how an organization like Insurance & Financial Communicators Association accomplishes all that it does? It can be summed up in one word... volunteers!

Volunteers are the key to I.F.C.A.'s overall strength and effectiveness. Planning and implementation of virtually every I.F.C.A. function falls in the domain of one committee or another. Committees also serve as an essential training ground for members and help identify those destined to serve in senior leadership roles in the Association.

Volunteering can give you hands-on experience that can help you build your resume or prepare you for more responsibilities on your current job. Plus, you’ll get to know other financial services communicators, so you’ll have a strong network of people who do what you do.
